We ended up not going with that particular house, but she was instrumental in finding us the house we eventually purchased. She asked the right questions and was very patient and readily available when we needed her. Not only did she guide us on pricing our initial offer for the house we purchased, but she was instrumental on our counter offer and subsequent final acceptance which was about 5% lower then the asking price of the house we purchased.
