About Michael Barrera

After proudly serving 18½ years in the United States Marine Corps, Michael retired following an honorable discharge with the rank of Gunnery Sergeant (GySgt). Throughout his military career, he specialized in cybersecurity and information technology, leading Marines, solving complex technical challenges, and ensuring mission success in high-pressure environments. His service instilled the values of integrity, discipline, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

Today, those same qualities continue to serve his family and community. As the behind-the-scenes operations specialist for his wife's real estate business, he keeps everything running smoothly by providing technology support, handling property logistics, installing signs and lockboxes, completing handyman projects, managing transportation, and tackling whatever challenges arise each day. While he is not a licensed real estate agent, his dependable support helps ensure every client receives exceptional service from start to finish.

When he's not supporting the business, Michael enjoys his most important role—being a husband and father. He homeschools their two sons, sharing his love of learning, technology, problem-solving, and service while helping prepare the next generation for success.
